* common.opt (faggressive-loop-optimizations): New flag,
enabled by default.
* doc/invoke.texi (faggressive-loop-optimizations): Document.
* tree-ssa-loop-niter.c (estimate_numbers_of_iterations_loop): Guard
infer_loop_bounds_from_undefined by it.
