trans-array.c (gfc_set_vector_loop_bounds, [...]): Rename the former to the latter.
* trans-array.c (gfc_set_vector_loop_bounds, set_vector_loop_bounds): Rename the former to the latter. Change type and name of argument. Get previous argument from the new one. (gfc_add_loop_ss_code): Update call. From-SVN: r180860
