[ARM/AArch64] Reduce divider reservation duration in Cortex-A53 pipeline decription
PR bootstrap/60743
* config/arm/cortex-a53.md (cortex_a53_fdivs): Reduce reservation
duration.
(cortex_a53_fdivd): Likewise.
