c-typeck.c (error_init, [...]): Call gettext on argument before printing.
* c-typeck.c (error_init, pedwarn_init, warning_init): Call
gettext on argument before printing.
* fold-const.c (negate_expr): Always call fold on new
NEGATE_EXPR.
