libstdc++: Remove empty <author> elements in manual
This fixes a spurious comma before the list of authors in the PDF
version of the libstdc++ manual.
Also fix the commented-out examples which should show <personblurb> not
<authorblurb>.
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* doc/xml/authors.xml: Remove empty author element.
* doc/xml/manual/spine.xml: Likewise.
* doc/html/manual/index.html: Regenerate.
