gcc/: tree-scalar-evolution.c (interpret_rhs_expr): Handle some LSHIFT_EXPRs as equivalent MULT_EXPRs. gcc/testsuite/: gcc.dg/vect/vect-strided-shift.c: New. From-SVN: r229437
