Makefile.in (STAGESTUFF): Add libgcc libgcc.mk.
* Makefile.in (STAGESTUFF): Add libgcc libgcc.mk.
(libgcc1.null, libgcc1.cross, libgcc1.a): Remove targets.
(libgcc1-asm.a, libgcc1.S, libgcc2.a): Remove targets.
(mklibgcc, libgcc.mk): New targets.
(libgcc.a): Use libgcc.mk.
(stmp-multilib): Likewise.
(stmp-multilib-sub): Remove.
(mostlyclean): Don't delete libgcc2 temp files.
* configure.in (AC_PROG_CC_C_O): Add.
(NO_MINUS_C_MINUS_O): Substitute it.
(all_outputs): Add mklibgcc.
* mklibgcc.in: New file.
