c-torture.exp: Look for .x files instead of .cexp files.
* lib/c-torture.exp: Look for .x files instead of .cexp files. * lib/f-torture.exp: Similarly. * gcc.c-torture: Rename all .cexp files to .x files. From-SVN: r17411
