re PR libquadmath/55821 (Release tarballs (unconditionally) install libquadmath.info when libquadmath is not supported)
PR libquadmath/55821
* Makefile.am: Conditionally define info_TEXINFOS and
libquadmath_TEXINFOS.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
