configure.in (sparc64-*-linux*): Use posix threads if enabled.
* configure.in (sparc64-*-linux*): Use posix threads if enabled.
* configure: Rebuilt.
* config/sparc/linux64.h: Default to -mcpu=ultrasparc if no
-mcpu is given and we're doing 64bit compiles.
