config.gcc (obsolete): Add all ARM targets using the FPA.
* config.gcc (obsolete): Add all ARM targets using the FPA.
(with_fpu): Obsolete selection of the FPA or Maverick on ARM.
* doc/install.texi: Avoid references to obsolete ARM ports.
