(REG_ALLOC_ORDER): Changed back to natural order.
(CONST_DOUBLE_OK_FOR_LETTER_P): Added letter 'G'. (EXIT_IGNORE_STACK): Set to 0. (REG_OK_FOR_BASE_P, REG_OK_FOR_INDEX_P): Use corresponding REGNO_OK. (MOVE_MAX, MOVE_RATIO): Defined. From-SVN: r11197
