Zero-initialise masked load destinations
Fixes an execution failure in testcase gfortran.dg/assumed_rank_1.f90.

(mask_gather_load<mode>): ... here, and zero-initialize the
destination.
(maskload<mode>di): Zero-initialize the destination.
