* lib/split-for-gcj.sh: Updated for multi-field format.
* lib/Makefile.am (CLEANFILES): Added classes.2.
* lib/gen-classlist.sh.in (GCJ): Removed. Create classes.1 and
classes.2 using multiple fields.
