ifcvt.c (noce_get_alt_condition): Use prev_nonnote_insn.
* ifcvt.c (noce_get_alt_condition): Use prev_nonnote_insn.
(noce_try_abs): Negate if the comparison is reversed.
Look only one instruction backwards for a REG_EQUAL note.
