tree.h (enum tree_index): Add TI_INTEGER_THREE.
* tree.h (enum tree_index): Add TI_INTEGER_THREE. (integer_three_node): Add. * tree.c (build_common_tree_nodes_2): Use integer_type_node insead of NULL_TREE in build_int_cst calls.
