[18/46] Make SLP_TREE_SCALAR_STMTS a vec<stmt_vec_info>

This patch changes SLP_TREE_SCALAR_STMTS from a vec<gimple *> to
a vec<stmt_vec_info>.  It's longer than the previous conversions
but mostly mechanical.
