pa.c (function_value): Handle small aggregates on 32-bit targets.
* pa.c (function_value): Handle small aggregates on 32-bit targets.
(function_arg): Pass small aggregates in general registers on 32-bit
targets.
* som.h (MEMBER_TYPE_FORCES_BLK): Delete define.
