* gcc/doc/install.texi (Configuration): Document
--with-linker-hash-style.
* gcc/gcc.c (init_spec): Handle LINKER_HASH_STYLE.
* gcc/config.in: Add LINKER_HASH_STYLE.
* gcc/configure.ac: Add --with-linker-hash-style.
* gcc/configure: Regenerate.
