PR target/68609
* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_emit_msub): Delete.
(rs6000_emit_swsqrt): Convert to Goldschmidt's Algorithm
* config/rs6000/rs6000.md (sqrt<mode>2): Limit swsqrt to high
precision estimate.
