[Ada] Update gnatelim documentation wrt. compilation of main unit

gcc/ada/
* doc/gnat_ugn/gnat_and_program_execution.rst: gnatelim does not need
that the main unit to be built before the call, now it computes the
closure of the main unit itself.
* gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.
