make build_uses store tree * instead of tree
gcc/ChangeLog:

* tree-ssa-operands.c (build_uses): store tree * instead of
tree.
(finalize_ssa_uses): Adjust.
(append_use): Likewise.
(verify_ssa_operands): Likewise.
