* decl.c (match_attr_spec): Pass on errors from gfc_match_bind_c.
(gfc_match_bind_c): Bugfix in check for NAME= with abstract interfaces.
(gfc_match_mopdproc): Bugfix to reject module procedures in
abstract interfaces.
