* doc/invoke.texi (max-slsr-cand-scan): New description.
* gimple-ssa-strength-reduction.c (find_basis_for_candidate): Limit
the time spent searching for a basis.
* params.def (PARAM_MAX_SLSR_CANDIDATE_SCAN): New param.
