* tree-ssa-ifcombine.c (ifcombine_ifandif): New parameters for
inverted conditions.
(ifcombine_iforif): Remove, merge code into ifcombine_ifandif.
(tree_ssa_ifcombine_bb): Update calls to the above. Detect !a&&b
and !a||b patterns.
