testsuite: skip PR103350 tests on big-endian
These tests are reduced from a C program and use gcc vector extensions and so
aren't endianness agnostic. As such skip them on BE.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/aarch64/pr103350-1.c: Skip on BE.
* gcc.target/aarch64/pr103350-2.c: Likewise.
