Remove predictors that are unrealiable.

* predict.def (PRED_INDIR_CALL): Set probability to PROB_EVEN in
order to ignore the predictor.
(PRED_POLYMORPHIC_CALL): Likewise.
(PRED_RECURSIVE_CALL): Likewise.
