* fold-const.c (non_lvalue): Ditto.
* langhooks-def.h (LANG_HOOKS_UNSAFE_FOR_REEVAL): Delete.
(lhd_unsafe_for_reeval): Ditto.

(unsave_expr_now): Adjust comment.
