bfin.c (branch_dest): Add comment why it's necessary.
* config/bfin/bfin.c (branch_dest): Add comment why it's
necessary.
* config/bfin/bfin.md (attr "length" default): Change the offset of
forward conditional branch of length 4 from 4096 to 4092.
