[Ada] Ensure meaningless digits in a string are discarded

* libgnat/s-valrea.adb (Scan_Real): Ignore non significative
digits to avoid converging to infinity in some cases.
gcc/testsuite/
* gnat.dg/float_value1.adb: New testcase.
