Add path to macro fragment follow restrictions
The previous follow set rules did not allow PATH fragment, changing this
allow gccrs to accept more valid rust macros.
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* ast/rust-macro.h: Add PATH fragment to follow set restrictions.
