typecheck: Fix casting error behind generics
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* typecheck/rust-casts.cc (TypeCastRules::cast_rules): Perform destructure on `from` type.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* rust/compile/cast_generics.rs: New test.
