overridden operation.
* lib-xref.ads: Add documentation on overridden operations.
* ali.ads (Xref_Entity_Record): Add support for storing the overriding
information.
* ali.adb (Get_Typeref): New subprogram. Adds support for parsing the
overriding entity information.
