rs6000: Warn for deprecated options
Some command-line options have been deprecated for a long time. This
patch adds a warning for them, so that we can remove them in GCC 9
without surprising any users.
* config/rs6000/rs6000.opt (mvrsave=no, mvrsave=yes, isel=no,
isel=yes): Warn for these deprecated options.
