libgomp.exp (libgomp_init): Add -shared-libgcc for *-*-darwin*.

* testsuite/lib/libgomp.exp (libgomp_init): Add -shared-libgcc for
*-*-darwin*.
* testsuite/libgomp.c++/c++.exp: Look for shared libstdc++ library
and use it if found.
