msp430.opt: Add -msilicon-errata and -msilicon-errata-warn.
* config/msp430/msp430.opt: Add -msilicon-errata and
-msilicon-errata-warn.
* config/msp430/msp430.h (ASM_SPEC): Pass new options on to
assembler.
* doc/invoke.texi: Document new options.
