(attribute "type"): Add new type, "branch".
(attribute "length"): New attribute; put on all insns that don't have default
length.
(branch patterns): If conditional branch won't reach, take conditional branch
around an unconditional branch.
(plus): Split (plus (COMPARISON FOO ...) ...) at FOO.
