hwint.h (HOST_LONG_LONG_FORMAT): New macro.
* hwint.h (HOST_LONG_LONG_FORMAT): New macro. Use it throughout.
* config/i386/xm-mingw32.h (HOST_LONG_LONG_FORMAT): Define.
* doc/hostconfig.texi (HOST_LONG_LONG_FORMAT): Document.
