analyzer: fix build with --enable-checking=release
When adding namespaces to the analyzer in
r10-6151-g75038aa6aa5b562e6358108619d66ef2ccab9a53
I messed up the nesting of the #endif for #if CHECKING_P
and the closing of namespace ana.
This patch fixes it.
