* prj-proc.adb, make.adb, mlib-prj.adb, prj.adb, prj.ads, clean.adb,
prj-nmsc.adb, prj-env.adb (Project_List_Table, Project_Element):
removed. Lists of projects are now implemented via standard malloc
rather than through the table.
