RISC-V: Remove unit-stride store from ta attribute
Since store instructions doesn't care about tail policy, we remove
vste from "ta" attribute. Hence, we could have more fusion chances
and better optimization.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/riscv/vector.md: Remove vste.
