make recog () take a rtx_insn *

2016-11-21 Trevor Saunders <tbsaunde+gcc@tbsaunde.org>
* config/v850/v850.c (expand_prologue): Adjust.
(expand_epilogue): Likewise.
* expr.c (init_expr_target): Likewise.
* genrecog.c (print_subroutine): Always make the argument type
rtx_insn *.
* recog.h: Adjust prototype.
