Fix SLP double-reduction support
When doing SLP discovery I forgot to handle double reductions even
though they are already queued in LOOP_VINFO_REDUCTIONS.
* tree-vect-slp.cc (vect_analyze_slp): Also handle discovery
for double reductions.
