[Ada] Adjust documentation of 'Bit and 'Descriptor_Size attributes

* doc/gnat_rm/implementation_defined_attributes.rst (Bit): Sharpen
the comparison with System.Storage_Unit.
(Descriptor_Size): Clear confusion about alignment and padding.
* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
