* include/std/std_istream.h (basic_iostream): Add typedefs for
char_type, int_type, pos_type, off_type, and traits_type.
* testsuite/27_io/iostream.cc (test01): Add typedef tests.

* testsuite/27_io/ostream.cc: Same.
* testsuite/27_io/filebuf.cc: Same.
