mn10300.c: New file for Matsushita MN10300 port.
* mn10300/mn10300.c: New file for Matsushita MN10300 port.
* mn10300/{mn10300.h,mn10300.md,t-mn10300,xm-mn10300.h}: Likewise.
* config.sub: Recognize mn10300 as a basic machine type.
* configure: Similarly.
* ginclude/stdarg.h: mn10300 is little endian.
* ginclude/varargs.h: Likewise.
