config.host (crisv32-*-none, [...]): Remove.
* config.host (crisv32-*-none, cris-*-none): Remove.
(crisv32-*-elf): Append to tmake_file, don't just set it.
(cris-*-elf): Add missing t-fdpbit to tmake_file.
