genrecog.c (match_pattern_1): Expect the pattern to be a SEQUENCE for define_peephole2s.

* genrecog.c (match_pattern_1): Expect the pattern to be a SEQUENCE
for define_peephole2s.
(get_peephole2_pattern): New function.
(main): Use it. Call validate_pattern.
