* config/sparc/rtemself.h (TARGET_SUB_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Likewise.
* config/sparc/sol2-64.h (TARGET_SUB_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Delete.
* config/sparc/sp64-elf.h (TARGET_SUB_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Likewise.
