(expand_expr, case COMPONENT_REF): If taking value from a CONSTRUCTOR,
must mask/sign-extend if bitfield.
(expand_builtin, case BUILT_IN_LONGJMP): Pass type, not IDENTIFIER,
to send arg of RETURN_POPS_ARGS.
